The Taff Trail Challenge will take place on Saturday 31st July 2010.

The Trail is 55 miles long and people will be able to tackle the Challenge in which ever way that suits - walk, jog, run or cycle.

The Taff Challenge will commence in Brecon from 5am and finish in Cardiff Bay. For those doing the full 55 miles the schedule is tight but achievable, the final finishing time being 9.00pm. There will be 8 check-in/refreshment points along the route and participants can join the walk at any one of these checkpoints if they so wish.

Participants in the Challenge need to be in good physical shape in order to undertake the 55 mile walk.

All participants will receive a free Schoolchildren for Children, Taff Trail 2010 T-shirt.

All proceeds will go to Schoolchildren for Children to help disadvantaged children living in appalling conditions overseas.
